Electric drill and quarter inch bit.

 Nibbler tool

Screw driver (both straight and philips)

 Soldering iron

 Wire clippers

Stepwise building plan

  1. Cut PVC pipe completed

  2. Drill 10 holes in pipe

  3. Mount brass hardware

  4. Mount DE85C to pvc with silicone glue

  5. Wrap coil wire

  6. Install the completed coil

  7. Mount capacitor & 10 position switch

  8. Wire 10 pos to the PCB

  9. Connect 10 wires to coil

  10. Mount   2x  SO-239 to box

  11. Connect  wires to 2x SO-239
